Donovan California Bookwatch 3 Stars Depends what you’re looking for If you’re seeking a book that culminates much of the already available information in one place, this book could be good for you. It provides guidance on suggested blends for various ailments of a more spiritual nature. The reason I have given this a 3 star rating is because this is not what I was after. For me, a book of this kind hopefully gives you the tools to make your own evaluations of formulae and the ‘grass roots’ to do it all yourself. I was looking for a book that provided guidance that all the other aromatherapy books do not – it didn’t. If you have a general aromatherapy book, or one of the other Worwood books, this one won’t add much marginal benefit. 3 Stars Not like her other books. Although somewhat informative it did not contain the recipes I was looking for like the ones in her “The Complete Book of Essential Oils & Aromatherapy” which I’ve used so much it has the scents of many essential oils amongst its pages.
